At Truly Cleaned, we’re committed to providing a high-quality and reliable cleaning service through trusted, self-employed professionals. While we take pride in our standards, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected — and we’re here to help when that happens.

Important Information

All cleaners working with Truly Cleaned are independent, self-employed contractors. They are responsible for the quality of the service they provide, including how they conduct the clean and care for your property. By instructing us to arrange a cleaner on your behalf, you are agreeing to this and fully understand that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

Truly Cleaned is not liable for any loss or damage caused during a clean.

We do, however, take all concerns seriously and will work to review your complaint fairly and respectfully.

If You Have a Complaint

We ask that you:

1. Raise any issues directly with your cleaner on the same day of the clean, where possible.

2. If the matter remains unresolved or you feel further support is needed, contact us using the details below.

What Happens Next

Acknowledgement: We’ll confirm receipt of your complaint within 1 working day.

Review: We’ll discuss the issue internally and may follow up with the cleaner involved.

Response: We aim to provide a full response within 3–5 working days.
